I have used AWeber when they first started out and was quite pleased with them at that time despite experiencing a few growing pains. I dropped them in favor of an in-house solution for a period of time while working for a large Internet marketing firm. I have since had the opportunity of working with AWeber's autoresponder service in a consulting capacity on behalf of some of my client. My more recent experiences with AWeber have been really quite good. The service is highly reliable, support is excellent and the cost reasonable if you are actually making money. They also offer quite a few resources as well that may help you in improving your campaigns and ROI.
I'd say definitely one of the better ones out there.
